Artist's Comments

This is the piece I did for the Robot based exposition, I already had a bunch of robot themed drawings and Illustrations but I just needed to make something especial for the occasion, and not just show of my old works.

The Technique is ultra fine tip Sharpie markers on glossy paper.

Enjoy, all feedback is welcomed^^...

Take care and Catch You later.

Wow, so beautiful. More amazing cause it's sharpies too... Lovely colours, a great all-round piece. A definite fav! <3

Nice, I'll have to try my sharpies out on some glossy paper. I really like this style and colors.

Thank you! I started to try them about 5 months ago, I specialize in more B/W pieces, but working with color markers on large format glossy paper gives you a great color, contrast and brightness.

We just bought some fine points and I've been using it in my new lil' sketchbook which has a very absorbent paper. Kinda hard for some of the fine line detail as it bleeds into the paper, but I enjoyed drawing with it. Nice and dark. Please take a gander if you get a chance: [link]

-yeah, they are gonna dry up pretty fast if you keep applying it to soft surfaces, and bleeding will occur because of the composition of the paper, it leaves a lot of space between the fabric and that is where all of the excess ink goes, just like a sponge, try using glossy paper, or paper that has a more compacted structure.

Best of luck!
